Medical reports are crucial in any workers’ compensation matter. This program examines medical issues common to workers’ compensation claims. However, deficient reports may not be construed as substantial evidence and may be stricken or given very little evidentiary weight. For over 20 years, Attorney Nikki Jacobson has been a dedicated advocate for the injured and immigrants from all over the world.
